Roberts and Phillips was founded in 1997 by Dave Roberts and Chenoa Phillips. We previously worked as employees for another insurance brokerage that only wrote contractors general liability insurance. By opening our own firm, we expanded and diversified, and started offering all lines of insurance including personal lines along with general liability for contractors. By doing this, we can now offer a one stop shop for convenience as well as better pricing for our clients. They are now able to make one call instead of having to call three or four different brokers. We were able to give package policy discounts to lower the rates for all the policies. We take the Nordstrom approach and deliver the highest quality of service each and every day. If a customer is unhappy then we are unhappy. When our clients are happy, we are happy. We have a “whatever it takes philosophy”. This means we will do whatever it takes for our clients to be 100% satisfied. We want you to feel confident that we are your best choice for coverage. If you are satisfied you will continue to do business with us and refer family, friends and associates. 75% of our business is referred from existing clients. This helps cut down on our marketing expenses which allows us to pass the financial benefit to our existing clients. Unlike most owners we give our clients our home and cell #’s so that we are available anytime to handle any need that comes up. We will constantly over deliver.
